WebService Issues Spectrum phone modem issues So I’m a field technician with spectrum. I recently had a job where I put my test phone directly into the modem and I get dial tone for about 5 seconds, then I get a busy signal, and finally it goes to an off hook sound. Modem has been swapped 5 separate times and it still won’t work. Can anyone help!?
