WebJan 1, 2024 · The diagnosis of cryptococcal choroiditis in our patient was based on the prototypical appearance of cream-colored, bilateral, multi-focal, and intraocular/choroidal localization of the lesions, CRAG positivity in the serum and CSF, and response to parenteral and intravitreal antifungal therapy.
